Michael Smith’s Culinary philosophy has always been deeply rooted in sustainability, creativity and a profound respect for the sea. Known for his inventive use of local seafood and foraged coastal ingredients, Michael has earned recognition for his Asian-inspired dishes that showcase the best of Cornish produce. At this year’s food festival he’ll bring his passion for ethical sourcing and flavour driven cooking to the stage, offering a glimpse into the vibrant food culture of Cornwall’s coastline.
