NIKOS OIKONOMOPOULOS

Nikos is the co-owner and chef of YAMAS, a Greek restaurant in Looe, Cornwall. He runs the restaurant with Ben Palmer, a Michelin-starred chef. Nikos is from Kalamata, Greece, and met Ben while cooking at a restaurant in Greece.

YAMAS, which opened in 2023, has been included in the Michelin Guide, only months after opening the doors.
